    This is the core class. Each one moves through three parts:

    1. Lesson: a focused look at what's operating in you right now — the patterns, habits, and inner structures driving your decisions and reactions.

    2. Practice: a Future Intelligence exercise that takes the lesson off the page and into the body.

    3. Integration: a closing to ground what came up.

    We combine integrative movement to help the nervous system register the shift and stabilize.

Training as a Spiritual Director with Unity Worldwide Ministries and holding a master’s from the London School of Economics, with collaborations spanning JP Morgan to Nike, she helps public leaders unwind chronic tension and return to calm, decisive leadership.

    BODY RECOVERY ARCHITECT

    Jodi introduced trauma-sensitive yoga to the Marines, supported Olympic athletes in recovery, and was featured in the seminal book on trauma recovery, The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. She’s also a former choreographer and broadway performer. Jodi offers movement and body-based emotional release designed for people who lead under pressure.
